Copper Ale. A light biscuit malt sweetness leads to grassy hop flavours and a balanced bitter finish. Well this is a tough one, I have had lots of comments about pairing this one. I have heard it is great with Sunday roast, a good burger or curry. Personally I like it with Port Salut and oatcakes! What will you pick?

A deliciously dark, smooth stout. With hints of coffee, chocolate and vanilla. This is my favourite beer for chocolate, both for cooking and drinking with. I use in dark chocolate truffles instead of rum, chocolate baby cakes for St Patricks day. Perfect option instead of dessert wine for Chocolate espresso cake or dark chocolate tart.

Smooth easy drinking American session IPA with a tantalising fruity aroma and an abundance of tropical fruit flavour.
This is definitely a sipping in the sunshine kind of beer! Try marinating some mackeral with chilli and lime and putting it on the BBQ. The west coast hops work so well with the citrus spice and cut through the oily fish.
